We rent Sunday to Sunday from May-Aug. Please use those dates when searching if available.

Beach Service is included! 2 lounge chairs and unbrella with your rental from March 1st 1 October 31st. We also leave 2 beach chairs with umbrellas, 2 tables, 8 beach towels (wash and put away after use) and a wagon to get everything to the beach.

One of the best features of our condo is the balcony. Nearly 40' with over 350 SF of awesome space for enjoying the views of the gulf.

Professionally decorated with upsale furnishings. Your family will enjoy 9' ceilings with crown molding, breathtaking wall to wall windows overlooking the gulf. High speed internet, 4 flat screen TV's, ceiling fans, voice or remote controlled window blinds and a beautiful well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and all the aenities including an ice maker, beverage fridge and auto water fill keurig coffee maker wth hot water on demand for tea or hot choclate that has separate water dispense.

Master suite includes king bed and private bathroom. Bathroom has a double vanity with make up vanity, jetted jacuzzi tub, shower, walk in closet. It includes a gulf front view with access to the balcony.

2nd bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds (built for adults), access to second full bathroom that includes tub and shower.

Additional built in twin bunk beds round out the sleeping facilities. Although children love the twin bunk beds, they can accommodate adults up to 6'.

For family with wee ones, we have a high chair, walker and pack and play available free to use to make your packing less of a hassel! They are located under the queen bunk beds.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and make-up remover wipes.

Full washer and dryer. Another added feature to the rental is that we supply detergent, softener, dyer sheets, bleach and dishwasher pods.

Gulf Crest amenities include: fully gated, 300' of gulf frontage, tropical landscaping assigned covered parking, 3 elevators, 2 large pools (one heated in winter months) with poolside chaise lounge chairs, 2 heated hot tubs and a kiddie pool. It also features a pool side TiKi Bar serving food and beverages. Pool side wireless internet access, gazebo with picnic area, charcoal grill area, pool level fitness center, game room, ATM, gated boardwalk walk-over to the beach and outdoor showers.

The complex is convenient to many great restaurants, bars (Ms Newbys in front) and amusement park attractions. Many within walking distance.
