Welcome to Panther's Den. Built on the bones of a 1920's barn, the brand-new cabin is a one bedroom, one and one-half bath cozy, all wood, all electric delight. The covered front porch is spacious with mountain views. Parking is available at the front and back doors. The living/dining/kitchen space is a beautiful open area with an electric fireplace (for ambience or auxiliary heat) and smart television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, five-burner stove with a convection and air-fry oven, and full-size refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. a workspace area and a closet, as well as a smart television. The cabin is equipped with wi-fi and internet. There are two sleeper chairs in the living area - great for the kids or extra guests. The full bath also serves as the laundry with a washer and dryer. The cabin is heated with an electric mini-split.
The cabin is located in Parsons, the county seat of Tucker County. The area boasts miles of hiking and biking trails, off-roading trails, downhill and cross-country ski trails, five rivers for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and tubing. In early winter, hunters flock to the area to hunt game.
