The whole condo- with its new flooring, beachfront balcony, and fully stocked kitchen- will light up any dreary mood because of its glorious location.

Additionally, the master suite opens up to the private balcony overlooking the beach and also boasts a huge bathroom with custom tile work and an oversized walk-in glass shower.

Second bedroom has a Queen bed with large closet and TV and own private full bathroom with tub and shower.

Third bedroom is set up for the young ones or teens with two Twin beds and a twin trundle that pulls out, TV and large walk-in closet.

Condominium 210 rests on the second floor of the highly sought-after Jade East Towers. Being so close to the ground floor has so many perks- the beachfront pool and spa are just one floor down along with exclusive access to the white sands of the Gulf. Also highly convenient are extras like a washer/dryer. Jade East guests also have access to tennis courts, a grilling deck, and assigned parking. Plus, just beyond the gates are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, and stores all within walking distance.

While CDR provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, CDR recommends you bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing pods, laundry soap, coffee, and anything else you would like for your amazing stay.

****Note all bookings pay $79.00 property fees which is insurance that will go strait to insurance company for any accidental property damage protection.****

During June and July this condo requires a 7-night, minimum stay. During other Holidays we require a 4-night minimum. All other times, nightly rentals are available.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.
