The covered porch with rocking chairs is the perfect way to start and end each vacation day. The refreshing interior decor encourages guests to unwind and treasure their time on the Island.

The first living level offers the open living and dining areas inviting conversation and fun. The newly updated kitchen with breakfast bar keeps the rest of the family just earshot away. The large butler's pantry/coffee bar/office/ laundry room just off the kitchen has a desk, clothes washer, dryer and plenty of space for storage.

One king bedroom with porch access and Gulf views is on the first living level. A queen bedroom with pool view and a full bath are also on the first living level.
The second living level has a large king bedroom with private deck, bathroom with double vanities, and a bunk bed area that is just perfect for the kids.
The best sunrises and sunsets are to be enjoyed in the third floor 'Aloha' room! This bonus 4th bedroom has panoramic windows, a day bed with trundle (2 twins), undercounter refrigerator, microwave and a wet bar.

The sparkling pool (heated for a fee) has an extra large deck, dining table/chairs and chaise loungers with plenty of space for everyone. There is a large poolside half bath/changing room with an extra full size fridge/freezer and an enclosed outdoor shower. A storage room under the stairs is filled with pool toys, body boards and a few beach chairs. There is a fish cleaning sink, picnic table and tiki bar for entertaining in the carport. Park-style charcoal grill is available.

HURRICANE INSURANCE:
I just want to take a brief second and remind renters that are looking to book in the summer and fall months, that they NEED to make sure they have trip insurance for hurricane coverage since hurricane season begins June 1 - November 30. DO NOT risk the $$ investment in your vacation investment if we do have a hurricane evacuation. Make sure you are covered. Make sure you read your policies and know what you are buying.
