"Blue Barracuda" @ 92 Barracuda Street in Crystal Beach Destin was completed July 2023. A perfectly designed home that balances luxury with easy comfort - and room for everyone to spread out with a lounge area on ALL THREE floors!

6-seater GOLF CART plus free CHAIR SERVICE for 6 at our beach access from March 1 - October 31! Plus we provide a long list of beach supplies including a stand-up-paddleboard, rolling coolers, several more folding sand chairs, beach cart, sand toys, and appx a dozen beach towels.

SLEEPING: Sleeps 24 in beds with 8 King suites (all have attached baths), plus 6 twins built into 3rd floor hallway and 9 full bathrooms and 3 half-baths. A final set of twin bunks is in King suite #5 which is the "family room"! 9 Full baths and 3 half-baths. TOTAL beds = 8 Kings and 8 twins. Only 12 & under in bunks.

Our back yard oasis has a private pool with 12-person hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grill and sink/countertop area, and a half-bath outside. Large TV wall-mounted above outdoor kitchen for viewing from pool area. Pool bath on back porch. *POOL HEAT is seasonal and discretionary, $50/day. No charge for hot tub heat for 5 hours per day*

Every floor has its own 3-couch "lounge" and TV area so you can get some R&R without everyone crowded into the same living area. Walk less than a block and a half to the Barracuda Street Beach Access (appx 3 minute walk).

Pool table on 2nd floor next to 3-couch lounge area with large wet bar with ice machine and drink fridge.

Entertaining a crowd is easy breezy with double fridges, double dishwashers, double washer/dryers, and a fully outfitted kitchen including double coffee makers (one Keurig, one drip) and even double crock pots.

LOCATION: Walk one full block plus 2 houses to the beach access, which is directly at the end of Barracuda Street. 7/10ths of a mile to Bass Pro Shop, Publix, Whole Foods, and 85+ shops/restaurants in the DESTIN COMMONS.

PARKING: 8 cars per City of Destin. No oversized vehicles, no trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. No street parking.

LAYOUT: In 5,000 sq ft and 3 floors -

1st floor: TWO King suites down, one has both walk-in shower AND stand-alone deep tub. Second master has just walk-in shower. Large open kitchen, two high-top pub tables seat 20 plus 4 barstools at island, and leather couch seating area. Half-bath in hallway. Walk-in pantry and a set of washer/dryers.

2nd floor: King suites #3, #4, and #5 each with attached bath with walk-in shower. Lounge area has 3 leather couches and is 32' X 13' - seating area plus POOL TABLE, with large wet bar, mini-fridge, and ice machine. Second set of washer/dryers built into closet. King suite #5 also has a set of twin bunks.

3rd floor: King suites #6, #7, and #8 each with attached bath - all with walk-in showers and bath #7 ALSO has deep soaker tub. This floor also has its own lounge area 17' X 19' with 3 leather couches. In the hallway area are 3 sets of built-in twins (6 total twins) and a 9th FULL bath for the bunks.

TV's: there are 12 wall-mounted TVs in this house with paid HULU TV, and SONOS streaming speakers.

ROOFTOP BALCONY entry is from 3rd floor deck. Second and third floors have a nice shaded balcony overlooking pool/ facing west that stretches entire width of the house. One King suite facing front of house on 2nd floor has a walk-out porch area.
