11 From Heaven” has everything you need in the perfect location!

Professionally decorated, this house has four bedrooms, a bunk room and a carriage house which makes it perfect for a couples retreat or a multiple family vacation! Sleeps up to 14 people comfortably and offers multiple outdoor amenities including a private pool with an outdoor fire place, two porches with outdoor furniture, and a grill and smoker which makes this the ideal place for outdoor living.

Enjoy being a short 5 minute walk from the beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sandy beach! The beach access is private to just a few homes in the area, making this a perfect beach escape! No need to worry about crowded public beach accesses!

We are also an easy 5-7 minute bike ride to Alys Beach, Seagrove or Rosemary Beach which offer a variety of incredible restaurants and shops to explore.

The first floor includes a master king ensuite with a bathroom featuring an inviting soaking tub and a walk in shower. This level also features a laundry room, living room, dining area fit for 10 people with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island, powder room and kitchen equipped with two refrigerators and two dishwashers.

The second floor boasts another king ensuite with a large walk in shower, and a private covered porch. There is also two additional queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds.

The carriage house is equipped a kitchenette, small living area, queen bed and a large bathroom making this the perfect quiet place to get away.

We have provided some extras for the guests including beach chairs and umbrellas, a ping pong table, and cornhole boards.
