Welcome to Beach Please Cottage
The gray cottage on Cottage Row can be your home away from home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, it’s big enough for the whole family! We are located just across Scenic 98 from sugar white beaches and emerald green waters.
Our cottage accommodates 12 people comfortably - three kings, two full and a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with a remote. The kitchen is located upstairs along with the living rooms and one master suite. The living room has a flat screen smart TV along with a half-bath. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of Beach Please Cottage. Downstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The entrance to our private beach is approximately a 1 to 2 minute walk from the cottage. We offer free beach service annually from March 1st until October 31st. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella.
Beach Please Cottage is located in a gated community - Beach Retreat Cottages. We are right by Pompano Joe's which is a great place to enjoy a wonderful evening. You will be within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops.
We are a First Responder family, so to say thank you for your service and dedication, we would like to offer a 20% discount on the nightly rate for Veterans, Military, and First Responders. ID will be required for discount approval.

There is additional parking but it must be requested and paid directly to Community Managment Association. We do not collect payment for or request additional parking for guest(s). There are eight (8) spaces located near the pool on the property designated as additional parking. Due to the limited number of addition spaces, it is strongly encouraged you immediately request additional space should you need it during your stay.
NEW RULES REGARDING ADDITIONAL PARKING:
All vehicles in the Reserved Parking Area must display the Reserved Parking Permit,
The Green owners’ pass is not permissible in the Reserved Parking Area.
RENTAL GUESTS WHO NEED TO RESERVE PARKING FOR EXTRA VEHICLE(S), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GOLF CARTS, MUST EMAIL THE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OFFICE AT:

Instructions will be sent on how to pay via PayPal. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PARKING PASS UNLESS PAYMENT CAN BE CONFIRMED.
AFTER THE EMAIL REQUEST IS MADE, THE PARKING PERMIT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE REQUESTOR VIA EMAIL AS A “ PDF” FILE SUITABLE FOR PRINTING.
THE PARKING PERMIT MUST BE PLACED ON THE DASHBOARD OF EACH CAR. ONLY 2 VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED AT COTTAGE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK GOLF CARTS ON SIDEWALKS OR BEHIND COTTAGE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PARKING PASS UNLESS PAYMENT CAN BE CONFIRMED. THE NEW RULES ARE SET FORTH BY THE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, AND NOT BY THE HOA, OR BEACH PLEASE COTTAGE.
