The expansive balcony provides outdoor easy living, whether watching the dolphins or the kids playing on the beach or in the Gulf. The three bedrooms upstairs have king-size pillow-top mattresses, with two having private bathroom access. The large downstairs living area has a morning kitchen with an additional full-size refrigerator. DVD, book, and game libraries are also available. Bedrooms downstairs include one with queen-size pillow-top mattress and the other, a children's bunk room, with two bunk-beds, and bath with large shower. Downstairs bath completely remodeled in 2018.
