We have fallen in love with this new unit, and hope you will, too! Located on the top floor of Summerhouse condos, the view will make you catch your breath from the moment you step inside. You can't help but relax in this immaculately decorated two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The soothing colors, beautiful furnishings, coastal accessories, and comfortable beds are sure to please. With king-size beds in both bedrooms and a Queen- size air mattress in the sofa, everybody will have a comfy night's sleep. As in all of our rentals, we have taken care to think of every detail to help you have the best vacation ever. Our rentals are not your common rentals- we furnish them and stock them as if we were going to live in them- it's what sets us apart. Located just across the street from the beach, you are only steps away from getting your toes in the sand. If you prefer a pool, there is a wonderful pool with gulf view located on the second floor, along with a hot tub and sauna! Summerhouse even has the pool heated in January through March- I believe it's the only heated pool at condos in the area. Summerhouse backs up to a canal , so it boasts views on both sides of the building. My renters always enjoy fishing the canal. Mexico Beach itself is a charming, small village with terrific restaurants, fantastic beaches, and friendly locals. Once you visit, I doubt you'll ever want to go back to the crowded cities with their high rises and terrible traffic.
