This lake cottage offers an upper level with a kitchen equipped with modern stainless appliances and an open and spacious dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes. We start you off with paper towel, toilet issue, all-purpose cleaner, dishwasher power, dishwashing liquid, bar soap, liquid soap, coffee filters and garbage bags. Beach chairs are also provided.
The large master bedroom with a walk in closet has a lake view with a king size bed. The second main level bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The living areas and bedrooms have floating laminate floors, while the kitchen and foyer feature Italian tile.
The upper level also features a large 14' x 24' balcony that affords magnificient views of Lake Erie with its constantly changing sounds. Pointe Pelee, the southernmost land mass in Canada and a birder's paradise, is visible on the western horizon.
The lower level contains a large family room with flat screen television. The family room opens onto a patio suitable for grilling yellow tail Lake Erie, pickerel or your favorite meal. An opportunity to simply relax is a perfect option. A large third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room is also on the lower level.
