You are welcome to come and enjoy our beautifully appointed, professionally decorated expansive three bedroom, and four bath 12th floor condo, with 4 flat panel TV's. Including a 50 inch plasma screen in the family room. With its tropical decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a Resort Destination for your comfort and enjoyment!
Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 leather sofas, and a large 50 inch plasma screen TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large seating area with a patio table and comfortable chase, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo's master bedroom has french doors which open to the patio and beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. The two other bedrooms are outfitted with a queen or king bed and all bedrooms also have a flat panel TV. From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.
Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage. The large balconies provide incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters in addition, Phoenix West is the first gulf front property to offer a lazy river water feature.

All prices are plus cleaning and taxes.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation

The condo's accomodations were just perfect for our 6 adults and 3 grands and having so many bathrooms, was super! LOVED the icemaker and refrigerator!!! The view from the balcony overlooking the beach was gorgeous! Of course, all of us loved the lazy river and the pool! I think we enjoyed them more than the beach! But son and son-in-law pitched a tent on the beach early every morning to get a good spot for us, directly in front of the condo and could be seen from the balcony. We also enjoyed cooking out at the condo and visiting with other tourists! The Pattersons have a beautiful and spacious condo, and I have to again mention how much we all enjoyed the lazy river and the waterslide!!! I have always tried to stay in what I considered the best places available & this one is at the top of the list. The condo was spacious, clean & beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, the huge double shower in the master suite was terrific, the view was breathtaking , the beach because of the condo location(houses on one side & much smaller condos on the other) was NOT crowded. No real check in was fabulous. We arrived early morning we used our temporary parking pass, changed in the lobby bathroom & headed for the beach then after 3 all we had to do was move in our condo; NO lines, NO silly sales people just a completely wonderful time. The pools & hot tubs were equally as great & super clean with all the chemicals balanced. There were 4 of us & with 4 bathrooms that was a BIG plus for showering. Our hats off to the Pattersons from the time I agreed to rent the condo till our actual vacation Kelly was fantastic even with answering all my silly questions. Honestly in 10 yrs of beach vacationing this is the 1st year I cannot find anything to complain about & believe me I am picky & this time I truly feel like I got my money's worth. The bedrooms were spacious, and, having 4 bathrooms was definitely a plus for 7 adults plus kids! The kids (and some of the rest of us) really enjoyed the waterslide, lazy river, and indoor pool. The view of the gulf was awesome! Kelly was very accommodating, and we'd love to come back!
