Upon entering you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with tropical decor, and a large 50" flat panel TV along with its floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views.

A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large 6 setting patio table and a comfortable chase, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, large bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower, a walk in closet and a smaller second closet. The other bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, and has two large closets and a full large bathroom. Both bedrooms also have a flat panel TV.

From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building. The elevators and hallways are enclosed and away from the road noise and outside weather. From the large patio, dining room, kitchen and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy a swim in the pool with the kids. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.

The newest of the Phoenix buildings, Phoenix IX is situated close to Perdido Key in Orange Beach. This beach front complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Ole River and Perdido Bay on the other. The booking process was very easy and feedback was great. We loved the condo at Phoenix IX. We enjoyed the great view and convenient access to the beach.

We had a great time at Orange Beach. We were in town to attend our son's wedding.
We really enjoyed the condo, the view of the gulf from the room was great. the beach was clean and the water was great. In the late afternoon the dolphins would swim by. The staff was curtious. The choice of indoor or outdoor swimming pools was nice.
The condo had a lot of nice features I would definitely recommend this one to my friends.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The views were terrific! Condo was very clean and the master bed was comfortable (and great for back problems). Check-in was simple, the covered parking was wonderful, and having plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts made unloading and loading a breeze! Having water/ice in the refrigerator is an added bonus and appreciated. We would recommend this unit to anyone and would love to stay here again. It was a pleasant vacation! We absolutely loved your condo. Even with three children the condo was spacious and comfortable. The ice-maker was a pleasant surprise as well. We were there during Hurricane Ike and swimming in the ocean was prohibited for a couple of days but with the indoor and outdoor pool and tennis court we were still well entertained. Parking was convenient as well as check-in. Our deposit was also refunded promptly. We will definitely return to this condo again. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is definitely the nicest condo we have stayed in. Everything was very convenient and had everything we needed. The unit was nicely furnished and the large balcony and view were great. The half bathroom was very nice to have. This Phoenix is a great size. It is large enough to have all the amenities, but not too many people. We would like to stay there again. We had a great time!
