Historic 1920's Riverfront vacation cottage in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Located just outside downtown Estes Park on the banks of the Big Thompson River. Picturesque surroundings with towering Ponderosa pines, the Canyon, and the Big Thompson river!

This cottage is for the antique lover! You will be surrounded with antiques from the light fixtures to the 1800's carved wooden bed! There are two bedrooms. The floors are three and a quarter inch wide white oak throughout the cabin. The bathroom is graced with a claw foot tub and shower.

A picnic area is provided in front of the cottage beside the river. The Big Thompson River is very wide at this point and there is even a small island in the middle right in front of the property. There is a family of ducks living at this point in the river. It is known to be one of the best fly fishing areas too and you have private entry to the river!

Behind the cabin, there is steeper terrain with many rock outcropping, very scenic! A very large rock formation can be found to the right rear of the cabin. Beautiful scenery from every single window!

This is a non-smoking, no pets facility. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER or a would like to bring a PET please find alternate accommodations. If you SMOKE or BRING a PET, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT and ALSO be charged additional damage.

Cabins by the river are mandated by the Health Department to have a enclosed sewer system. The cabin has an enclosed sewer vault that is typically emptied after rentals. Please conserve on the water and do not leave faucets or the toilet running. If you have 4 guests staying at the cabin we recommend that you take 2 showers; one in the morning for 2 guests, and later that day for the other 2 guests so as not to overwhelm the system. The sewage alarm will turn on when the vault is 80% full, and we typically empty the vault after rentals.
