The second floor provides 3 beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that pulls out, and a smart TV. The third bedroom is a king suite with a private bath with a beautiful tiled shower, and a private deck overlooking the Gulf and pool.

The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor, around the corner from the kitchen, with amazing views of St. Joe Bay. This king master suite also has a spacious tiled shower and is beautifully decorated.

The third floor is a large open concept dining, kitchen, and living room. The gourmet-equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything everyone would need while on vacation. The half bath is also located on this level.

The large dining room table can sit 10 with additional outdoor seating for 6 on the spacious screened deck.

Each bedroom has a TV, and the living room has a 50-inch smart TV, with Bluetooth surround sound throughout this level.

The home is equipped with a booster seat, a pack and play, and a child's step stool.

Outside, you will find a great hot/cold shower, BBQ grill, pool chairs, and a picnic table to enjoy around the expansive and comfortable pool deck. Redfish Reef also has ample parking for several large vehicles, a boat or even an RV with power.
