FYI-This year there will be ongoing Major building construction taking place to assure the building is well maintained and safe. There was major water intrusion and the building is currently going through mold remediation as well to assure everyones safety. I specifically had a mold remediation team go through our entire 201RT unit with every surface, vent, etc. from ceiling to floor including upholstery including matresses and was thoroughly cleaned by a professional company to assure my unit was free of any harmful mold and or mildew. The building contruction should not affect your balcony view but will affect our building amenities. Construction noise will be heard during daytime work hours. Pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool will be closed until further notice. Laundry facilities will remain open for your use. Access will only be available through the main front entrance facing the west end and the parking lot. Do not worry, the resort has many pools, sauna's, steam rooms and whirlpools for your use and relaxation and you are free to use any amenity on the resort property!
