This
spreadsheet allows you to enter your expenses and commissions to help
track the profitability of your property. The income will be populated
by the system from your yearly bookings. There is no SALES TAX or DEPOSITS
as these are not considered income and are tracked on the SPREADSHEET
in the ivacationonline.com system.
You can enter your expense using the input field here. You can enter as
many as you like. You can have notes on the item to help track check numbers
or reminders for yourself. You can edit or delete these at anytime. The
red triangle indicates you have a note entered for that field and you
can “mouse over” it to see the note. You can enter different amounts for
each month and you can edit them at anytime.
You can chose the name of the Expense from the drop down menu or you may
enter the name you desire in the field below if the name you need is not
provided in the drop down. The Description field is to help explain your
expense.
Commissions. This feature is used IF you are tracking a commission that
is paid on this property. It is not a mandatory field to use. To enter
a commission, either by dollar amount or percentage, just click the LESS
COMMISSION link to enter that data. You can charge commissions on just
the rent total or the rent and fees. Click the buttons to make those changes.
You may print this spreadsheet or email it. You may switch to another year
by using the drop down menu at the top of the page.
