Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and LG washer and dryer are new. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and shelves, plus benches for storage. Large deck and yard in the back The shed has beach supplies. The sofa is also a queen sleeper.

Guest access
The entire house is for the guests, One keypad code will be issued to the primary individual. The code will be used during the entire stay. Do not lock the door knob.

Other things to note
I have furnished this house to accommodate myself and my family when we get the opportunity to go for a stay. I do hope you find all the comforts of your home while you are away. You will find games for ages 5 & up. My three grandsons approve of these games. They enjoy sitting with family and having fun. I have added a fire pit so you can enjoy other aspects if weather allows. I don't supply any firewood, so please bring if you want to use. The backyard is open and quiet.
