This modern 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom newer build end unit townhome offers almost 2000 square feet of furnished living space directly across from the pool. It is nestled within Crystal Beach between the gulf and Destin Commons. The home comfortably accommodates EIGHT (8) guests in adult-sized beds, offering plenty of room to gather together or to spread out for privacy. This is a 2 story end unit with no neighbors above or below you. Our property comes with the use of our personal beach cruiser bikes and our “street legal” 2020 6-passenger Golf Cart!! From March through October our daily beach service is included.

POLICIES:

- Up to EIGHT guests allowed

- No smoking/vaping

- No pets

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

-From Memorial Day through mid-August bookings are 7-day minimums from Sat-Sat
