​This bayside, two story home located on Innerarity Point in Perdido Key, FL has beautiful beautiful water and close to white sandy beaches. Located just a few miles from Johnson’s Beach. Spend mornings looking over beautiful Perdido Bay from one of the two private sunrooms and afternoons watching the magnificent sunsets. If you are a sportsman, bring your boat(s) and keep them safely tied along our 200’ pier. Located close to the Perdido Pass (Orange Beach). You can enjoy deep sea fishing at its best or just a inshore fishing trip. For the history lovers, it’s a 20 minute drive to downtown historic Pensacola where you find museums, art, restaurants, and lots of history around the city. If you are Blue Angels fan, the navy base is just a few miles away. You can watch them practice or come on one of the air show weekends to see the Blue Angels, F-35s and smaller prop planes put on a great show. There are numerous delicious restaurants within walking or driving distance. If you like to ride bikes, this is a great area to take a nice quiet ride down to the park or a near by restaurant. Don’t forget to check out the osprey nest directly behind the house. You can sit and watch Ospreys, blue herons, sea gulls and the dolphins while swinging on the rope swings at the end of the pier. Provided with your stay is kayaks with life jackets, bbq pit, corn hole boards, numerous outdoor games, and beach chairs.
