4 Bedrooms - Large Primary bedroom with bath that boasts a Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower with double sinks. Additional King bedroom with private bath, A Queen bedroom with Private bath and 4th room has twin over full bunks. All bedrooms open to the covered balconies. Full size washer and dryer also on this level.
Third Floor:
Features super large Kitchen and living area, boasting 2 breakfast bars, under counter ice maker, gas cooking. Dining with 8 chairs and 9 barstools. Enjoy your favorite shows on the big Smart TV. Access to front and rear balconies from Living area, Dining and the Queen Master suite. Powder room completes this floor.
From the front balcony of this level you'll find a spiral staircase leading to the roof top deck with Coastal Views for miles!

Gated community with 2 entrances, one from Emerald Coast Parkway and the other from Scenic Highway 98.
2 Community pools, one heated in winter months, Hot Tub, Work out facility, 2 Tennis courts, Fitness Center, Basketball goal, shuffleboard, Gas grills, 2.5 Acres of Private Beach and Beach Volleyball. Near Maravilla you will find a Man made Snorkel reef just off shore. You'll also enjoy several restaurants a short distance away.
Suzie Q guests can enjoy complimentary Beach set ups, including 4 beach chairs and 2 Umbrellas. In addition, you'll find more beach chairs at the house for your use.

BEACH!!!! Many times over voted the most Beautiful beach in the country. Our sugar fine white sands and Emerald Green waters will astound you. Destin is also appropriately named the "Luckiest Fishing Village in the World". World class golf courses are all around. Tons of shopping and dining to keep you busy and satisfied. Destin offers great night life, entertainment, concerts, festivals, so much fun for all ages.
