Unique opportunity to get 2023 dates in the all new "The Blue Barracuda" on Barracuda Street in Crystal Beach Destin! This new custom home balances luxury with easy comfort - and room for everyone to spread out with a lounge area on every floor!

In 5,000 sq ft, sleeps 24 in beds with 8 King suites (all have attached baths), plus 6 twins built into 3rd floor hallway and 9 full bathrooms and 3 half-baths. A final set of twin bunks will be in a "family room" - one King suite that also has a set of twin bunks for the tiniest ones! TOTAL beds = 8 Kings and 8 twins. Only 12 & under in bunks.

Our back yard oasis has a private pool with 12-person hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grill and sink/countertop area, and a half-bath outside. Large TV wall-mounted above outdoor kitchen for viewing from pool area.

Enjoy sunsets and evening breezes from our west-facing ROOFTOP BALCONY, enter stairs from 3rd floor balcony!

Every floor has its own "lounge" and TV area so you can get some R&R without everyone crowded into the same living area. Walk less than a block and a half to the Barracuda Street Beach Access (appx 3 minute walk).

LOCATION: Walk one full block plus 4 houses to the beach access, which is directly at the end of Barracuda Street. 7/10ths of a mile to Bass Pro Shop, Whole Foods, and all the shops/restaurants around that Destin Commons intersection including Publix also.

PARKING: 8 cars per City of Destin. No oversized vehicles, no trailers, boats, jet skis, etc.

In 5,000 sq ft and 3 floors -

1st floor: TWO master King suites down, one has both walk-in shower AND stand-alone deep tub. Second master has just walk-in shower. Large open kitchen, two high-top pub tables seat 20 plus 4 barstools at island, and leather couch seating area. Half-bath in hallway. Walk-in pantry and a set of washer/dryers.

2nd floor: King suites #3, #4, and #5 each with attached bath with walk-in shower. Lounge area is 32' X 13' - seating area plus pool table, with wet bar and mini-fridge. Second set of washer/dryers built into closet.

3rd floor: King suites #6, #7, and #8 each with attached bath - all with walk-in showers and bath #7 ALSO has deep soaker tub. This floor also has its own lounge area 17' X 19' with seating. In the hallway area are 3 sets of built-in twins (6 total twins) and a 9th FULL bath for guests use in the hallway by the elevator so that the twin bed sleepyheads have their own bath. King suite #6 also has a set of twin bunks for families with little ones.

ROOFTOP BALCONY entry is from 3rd floor deck. Second and third floors have a nice balcony overlooking pool/ facing west. One King suite facing front of house on 2nd floor has a walk-out porch area.
