Welcome to Bay Watchin'! Bay front home with spectacular views of St. Joe Bay from the master bedroom and living room/kitchen areas. Bay Watchin' was built in 2006, but the interior was completely renovated in 2020 featuring all new kitchen appliances, furniture, cabinets, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms (showers and floors), bathroom vanities and new modern fixtures throughout.

Wake up and enjoy your coffee or a peaceful breakfast on the large walk out deck overlooking the sunrise on St. Joe Bay. Enjoy the convenience of docking your bay style boat (water averages 2-3 feet at the end of the dock) at the end of our 100-yard dock just yards from the channel. No need to to take your boat out of the water after each day on the water with this home. This dock is shared with only two other homes. If you have a larger boat, there is plenty of room to park at the house each night - even under the home so it is protected from the elements.

The Cape bike path runs right past the driveway entry, and public beach access is a short walk, bike or drive away (see photos for public beach access route). Bay Watchin' is truly one of the best values in all of Cape San Blas!!

Love scallops?? You'll find a thriving scallop population right in Bay Watchin's back yard! The 2024 scallop season runs from August 16th - September 24th. You can scallop right from the dock and regularly harvest your limit with a little work!

Additional amenities include washer/dryer in home, high speed wireless internet, 65" flatscreen smart TV in living room with Youtube TV provided for free or you can log into your favorite TV apps. Smart TV's provided in Master and Queen bedrooms as well.

There is a studio apartment located under Bay Watchin’. The use of this apartment is NOT included with the rental of Bay Watchin’. This apartment will occasionally be occupied by family members or friends only and is not rented out.

Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 1.5 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
