This townhome is centrally located in the Barrier Dunes Development, far north on the peninsula of Cape San Blas. The state park is just around the corner. Our home is just 100 steps from the beach, with a gorgeous view of the gulf and sunsets. A lazy fountain outside your balcony will ensure that you feel like you are living on the water. At night, the lack of light pollution puts you just inches away from a twinkling light show of stars. Three accesses (including ramp) to the beach ensure that you and your family (and pets) have access to miles and miles of dog-friendly (on leash), wide, sugary sand beaches with dolphins, fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating, horseriding, hiking, and birding fun for the whole family! Cape San Blas beaches are unique in so many ways; come celebrate each sunset with bonfires and smores or picnics on the beach, or take a ride down the sand paths with horses or vehicles or bikes. Bring your bike or rent some here; you won’t want to miss our 9 miles of biking paths, or biking down the beach to discover the state park, or renting one of our fun buggies-for-four at the local bike shop to pedal with your friends. Enter Unplugged at ground level to stairs leading up to the main floor. The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area with seating for 8, a fully-stocked kitchen with all-new appliances, a full-size laundry area, half bath, and a balcony with seating overlooking the pond with all its residential turtles, fish, and birds. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa and is tastefully decorated with coastal décor, local artwork, and vintage black and white photographs from the development of Barrier Dunes.
All three bedrooms are “en suite” including bathrooms with showers and smart TVs (internet, Netflix, Amazon, etc). There is a balcony for each room with seating areas and beautiful views. The two king suites and one queen suite, in addition to the queen sleeper sofa, allow you to bring up to 8 people comfortably. The two king suites have bathtubs (garden tub on the 3rd floor), as well as walk-in showers. Bedrooms are all located on the second and third floors.
The beach supply closet, fully equipped with a beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and doggie towels, allows you to enjoy all the amenities this development has to offer. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring your pet; you are sure to feel at home and totally "Unplugged" here!
