“POSSUM HOLLAR”is a spacious 1,958 square foot comfortable 4-KING BEDROOM vacation getaway nestled in Eagles Ridge Resort log cabin community in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. You will love the personality and charm of this rustic cabin.

There are no steep hills to access the cabin and it is conveniently located in the city limits of Pigeon Forge, between stoplights #3 & #4 and close to “The Parkway” and all the main attractions. Dollywood, Five Oaks Tanger Outlets, great music theaters, restaurants, and craft shops... not to mention Gatlinburg, the wonderful hiking trails and mountain streams are just a few minutes away. You really will enjoy the convenience to the new “Island” featuring Paula Deen’s restaurant and the 200-foot Ferris Wheel as well as the new LeConte Convention Center and Ripken Experience baseball fields.

The layout has been thoughtfully planned so guests can enjoy each other’s company; yet also find their own space. An ideal three-level floor plan provides a master suite with King size bed and private Jacuzzi on the upper level. The middle level has a King bedroom and the lower level has two King bedrooms. All 4 King bedrooms have a TV. The two upper level bedrooms have 42-inch Smart TV’s and the two lower level bedrooms have 32-inch Smart TV’s. There are two sittings areas, each with a new queen sofa sleeper (for the kids), a gas fireplace, and a 50-inch Smart flat screen TV. The main level sitting room has a Smart BluRay DVD and the lower level sitting area has a BluRay DVD.

Enjoy the open air design of the great room, kitchen and dining areas where you can entertain, have easy conversation, curl up with a book in front of the warm, stacked stone gas fireplace, or watch a game or movie.

Take advantage of cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen equipped with a full size stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip & K-cup style coffee pot, blender, waffle iron, electric griddle, crockpot, toaster and more. The dining room table allows seating for eight, where the family can enjoy great meals prepared right there in the fully equipped kitchen. If you decide to go out and enjoy some of the many restaurants in the area we provide a booklet in the cabin that list our favorites. One that we forgot to list was Krispy Crème Donuts, but that should be understood.

Our cabin provides wireless internet access, so bring your laptops. “POSSUM HOLLAR” also has an AMAZON “ALEXA” ECHO DOT for your enjoyment. The upper level loft offers a pool table and TV. The cabin is also furnished with a washer and dryer for your convenience in case you drip a little BBQ sauce on the new shirt you just bought at one of the outlet stores.

Spend some quality time on the peaceful decks on our patio furniture and breathe in fresh mountain air, or enjoy the serene and peaceful time while soaking in the bubbling hot tub on the back screened-in deck where you can also make delicious meals on the gas grill.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION MATTERS WHEN RENTING

Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be we know you will enjoy your stay at our “no smoking” and “no pet” cabin. “POSSUM HOLLAR” can accommodate 8 adults maximum(12 total with all children, 17 and younger including small children and infants). You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Eagles Ridge Resort.

Your remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival by credit or debit card. Eagles Ridge Resort is a log cabin community centrally located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This quiet, serene mountain setting is less than 1 1/2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and just a short car ride away to all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg’s action packed adventures. There are no steep hills or winding roads to access the cabin. The roads are paved and we have parking for up to 4 vehicles.
