I own four condos total in this building, all same size and layout!
we do not force weekly but that means I have to align my bookings wisely.
From mid-May thru Labor Day, DO NOT leave a vacant night. So if you only want 3 nights but it’s a 4-nt gap, you cannot book it, I will decline it and refund your money.
From March - mid-May OR end of Labor Day or after, you may leave a 1-nt gap MAX unless you check with me first. So if there is a 6-nt gap, you may book 5 of those nights but not 4 of those nights.
Once you make a down-payment, your dates are automatically made “RED” or unavailable on this calendar.
We call Sanibel #1405 "Teeny Bikini"! It's a LOT of condo, XXL views and space for a TEENY BIKINI PRICE! What a great value. The views from the wall of glass will take your breath away: view of Gulf from front of condo and view of 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind the condo. You are sandwiched between two bodies of water.
SLEEPING: King, queen, twin over twin bunk.
BATHROOMS: 2 full (with dual sinks and private toilet closet) and 1 half-bath in hallway. This totals three toilets and FIVE bathrooms sinks.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with all the dishes, gadgets, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice-crushing blender, etc.
MAIN ROOM ALONE is around 600 sq ft with a 30-foot wide WALL OF GLASS overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The back side of the condo overlooks the 8-mile long LITTLE LAGOON, giving you views in EVERY direction. The balcony will quickly become your favorite spot to read or watch the dolphins frolick - over coffee or a glass of wine or margarita!
Leather sectional, all flat-panel TVs including "SMART" TV in main room, super fast WI-FI, DVD, nice stereo, Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, GRANITE in both the kitchen and the bathrooms, fully loaded kitchen with all the gadgets, stacking washer/dryer, and a rolling beach cart and rolling cooler to load up for the beach! Just bring your beach towels and beach chairs and start living THE LIFE!
