Please check with me before booking; rates change quickly and we need to align booking dates during certain seasons.


I own and personally manage four condos in this building, all identical square footage/floorplan/VIEW/bedding arrangement. 12th, 14th, 16th, & 17th floors.

AVAILABILITY & SELF-BOOKING RULES

Please understand that prices change quickly due to last-minute discounts, weather patterns, supply and demand, the economy, etc. Check with me BEFORE you book, or I can adjust afterwards if needed. We do not force WEEKLY which requires me to align my bookings wisely. E-mail me at dana.beachcondo@yahoo.com to get your dates approved or follow below date rules.

  • From first weekend in March to mid-April and also mid-May thru mid-Aug: DO NOT leave a vacant night between bookings OR leave 3 nts or longer since our minimum stay is 3 nts. These are our peak seasons where we eventually don't have vacant nights. Your check-in and check-out day must align with the bookings around you OR leave more than a 3-nt gap. So if you only want 3 nights but it’s a 4-nt gap, we will not approve your stay.
  • From mid-April to mid-May AND the Tues after Labor Day until Nov. 1: you may leave a 1-nt gap MAX unless you check with me first. So if there is a 6-nt gap, you may book 5 of those nights but not 4 of those nights.

  • From Nov 1 - March 1: we are much more flexible with gaps except around any holiday periods. Weekdays always have lower prices.

  • Once you make a down-payment, your dates are automatically made “RED” or unavailable on this calendar. However, I still reserve the right to decline your booking if it does not fit within our booking calendar, or your group mixture does not match our bedding arrangement, or if you don't meet the age requirements.

"HOLY GUACAMOLE" and many other strange comments will stream from your mouth when you see this view. Sanibel #1605 is a gorgeous and spacious getaway with a view so wide that photos can't capture it! But don't believe me...check out the photos and REVIEWS to see for yourself. And then make sure you view ALL of my properties in this building to check for your dates, I have four in this building, #1605, #1203, #1405, #1705 - all same size and layout, same bedroom configuration, only minor decor differences! Sanibel #1605 (16th floor) is located in a newer, 18-story building on West Beach in Gulf Shores in a unique location. We are on a narrow sliver of land, sandwiched between the Gulf in front of us, and the 8-mile long "Little Lagoon" behind us, giving you views in EVERY direction! You'll cross a narrow, one-lane-each-way road which is not a thru-street (not busy), to reach the beach access. Read the guest reviews and click the FAQ link to get more details. There are just 108 condos in the building so you'll never fight for beach space. You'll have plenty of parking, 2 super fast glass elevators that overlook the lagoon, and what most would call the BEST view in town from either your 30-foot wide WALL OF GLASS and your equally panoramic private balcony.

The main room ALONE in this condo is 600 sq ft. There are dining seats for 6, PLUS 5 barstools, and plenty of living area seating gives everyone room to spread out.

FEATURES:
We have spared no expense with LEATHER SECTIONALS, granite, upgraded appliances and a fully equipped kitchen, Simmons Beautyrest mattresses with high thread-count linens, ALL FLAT-PANEL TVs with satellite box in each room, and free WI-FI internet, Blu-Ray DVD player, and NEW SONOS wi-fi speaker system (stream millions of songs wirelessly with out paid Pandora account, Spotify, 8trax, etc.) You'll enjoy high thread count linens and plush towels, Keurig coffee machine PLUS regular coffee pot, and even a rolling beach cart and rolling cooler to make your trips to the beach care-free. This condo ONLY has an oversized garden tub AND a jetted jacuzzi bath tub. Additional half-bath in the hallway. That's 5 bathroom sinks and 3 toilets!

BEDS: King, Queen and a set of twin/twin bunks - MAX FOUR ADULTS PLEASE.
