I own four identical condos total in this building, all same size and layout so check with me if your dates are not available!
AVAILABILITY/ SELF-BOOKING RULES: we do not force weekly but that means I have to align my bookings wisely. Check with me first if you're not sure.
- From March to Mid-April (Spring Break), mid-May thru Labor Day (peak summer), and fall break, please DO NOT leave a vacant night. So if there is a 4- or 5-nt gap, you must take all nights, you cannot book it. OR leave a 3-nt or longer gap since we have a 3-nt minimum. That means if there is a 6- or 7-nt gap, you can take the first part, or the last part of the gap but don't take nights in the middle of the gap.
- Remainder of the year, off-season or shoulder season, you may leave a 1-nt gap MAX unless you check with me first. So if there is a 6-nt gap, you may book 5 of those nights but not 4 of those nights.
- Once you make a down-payment, your dates are automatically made “RED” or unavailable on this calendar.

Sanibel #1605 (16th floor) is located in a newer, 18-story building on West Beach in Gulf Shores in a unique location. We are on a narrow sliver of land, sandwiched between the Gulf in front of us, and the 8-mile long "Little Lagoon" behind us, giving you views in EVERY direction! You'll cross a narrow, one-lane-each-way road which is not a thru-street (not busy), to reach the beach access. Read the guest reviews and click the FAQ link to get more details. There are just 108 condos in the building so you'll never fight for beach space. You'll have plenty of parking, 2 super fast glass elevators that overlook the lagoon, and what most would call the BEST view in town from either your 30-foot wide WALL OF GLASS and your equally panoramic private balcony.
The main room ALONE in this condo is 600 sq ft. There are dining seats for 6, PLUS 5 barstools, and plenty of living area seating gives everyone room to spread out.
We have spared no expense with LEATHER SECTIONALS, granite, upgraded appliances and a fully equipped kitchen, Simmons Beautyrest mattresses with high thread-count linens, ALL FLAT-PANEL TVs with satellite box in each room, and free WI-FI internet, Blu-Ray DVD player, and NEW SONOS wi-fi speaker system (stream millions of songs wirelessly with out paid Pandora account, Spotify, 8trax, etc.) You'll enjoy high thread count linens and plush towels, Keurig coffee machine PLUS regular coffee pot, and even a rolling beach cart and rolling cooler to make your trips to the beach care-free. This condo ONLY has an oversized garden tub AND a jetted jacuzzi bath tub. Additional half-bath in the hallway. That's 5 bathroom sinks and 3 toilets!
