Our home Simply Paradise is located in Emerald Shores and we are pleased to share this home with our guests. Location....Location....Location. This three bedroom home is only 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. It is a two minute walk to the beautiful sugary white sand and emerald crystal clear water of Destin, Florida. Also this home has a large private yard to enjoy. Within two minutes you could be relaxing on the beach or relaxing poolside. The location of Simply Paradise is perfect!

This home features a detailed kitchen with glazed wood cabinetry with easy slide drawers, stainless appliances and gorgeous granite counters with designer tile backsplash! This home has been upgraded with new added details including a new closet access on the garage filled with beach toys, a couple beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to share with our guests. The open floor plan layout of the first floor is great for all guests to enjoy. Large designer kitchen with ample counter space and pantry amoire makes it easy to make snacks or full meals while vacationing. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes and all the conveniences you need to dine in. Counter dining for six and a beautiful wood carved dining table with six chairs comfortably sits 10 guests. The living area is open and inviting. Including a QUEEN Amish built murphy bed cabinet. Also the first floor has full size laundry room for your convenience. A half bath on the first floor is conveniently located. The first floor KING master suite with custom wood tile floors, door to patio, double closets, 50 inch tv, dvd, and includes an attached full bath. The master full bath with large tub and shower has tile floors, mahogany vanity and granite countertops. You can enjoy one of the two first floor porches as well overlooking the side yard.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms open with doors to a private balcony overlooking the yard. One bedroom has a KING bed, tv, dvd and large closet. The second room has 2 QUEEN beds also with a tv, dvd and large closet. A full upgraded bathroom with shower and tub combination is located on the second floor with all porcelain tile floor, mahogany vanity with granite. Also a desk/computer station is located in the hallway on the second floor.

Also as an extra convenience we offer a wagon, beach toys and 2 beach chairs to share with our guests located in a closet at the front of the garage for easy access. For the babies traveling we offer two pack n plays, a booster high chair, games and books to share with our guests. The private gated beach pavilion is a one of a kind in the Destin area with bathrooms, rinse showers, seasonal Cafe and a place to park the wagon right on the beach! Having this private beach access makes your days at the beach a convenient two minute walk.
