The Beach Bum is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house located in Gulf Shores AL. We are on the Fort Morgan penisula in beautiful Morgantown. The neighborhood is located on the beach and has 3 private boardwalks and golf cart parking on west end. Right next to that parking lot is a public parking lot and public beach access. Our home is only about a 5-10 min walk to nearest boardwalk. Morgantown has it all from 2 pools (one recently renovated and is heated) to tennis court, pickle ball court and basket ball goal. Bring your golf cart or rent one from Island Carts LLC. Enjoy sunsets, little traffic, picturesque homes and nature. Morgantown does not disappoint with the Gulf in our back yard.

We strive to provide anything you would need to make yourself at home. We provide beach towels, beach toys (we recommend seeing what we have before you purchase beach toys as we accumulate items weekly), beach wagon with big wheels, air compressor, cooler, and commercial ice machine. Thanks to our cleaners Dan and Lisa we have had 5 star cleanliness for the several years we have rented. The beds are know to be comfortable and we supply extra linens for the cold natured guest. Kids love the Turtles Nest a bunk alcove by the back door that makes you feel like you are swimming in the ocean. With all the room we can comfortabley sleep 10 adult guest. We have parking for appox 7 cars. Also have an ourtdoor shower.

With 1500 square feet the layout does not feel cramped. There is plenty of room including front and back decks along with picnic table under house.
