OUTSIDE:
The outdoor entertaining area offers a screened-in lanai, overlooking the salt-water private pool/spa. Cook dinner on the gas grill while you relax with family/friends with the combination of the fan and ocean breeze, while catching up and eating at the outdoor dining tables.

INSIDE:
The house provides plenty of room for you to enjoy. As you enter, the living room, the ceilings soar for an open, light filled space. You can choose from many entertainment areas and an open concept, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining room. The house is all on one level, with a split bedroom plan, and total of 5 bedrooms, with smart televisions in each. The private master bedroom has attached bathroom suite, trey ceilings, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet.

THE AREA:
The neighborhood is the ideal location for walking, biking, or jogging on the paved path along the Scenic 98. Destin is known for some of the best fishing, dining and golfing, in fact, it is called the "World's luckiest Fishing Village". There are many activities within minutes of our beach house. When you arrive, you will find the "House Book" - filled with details about shopping, fishing, local activities, dining and much more.
