CUTE, COMFORTABLE & ROOMY Our 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage has a King bed in the master, a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and a twin beds in the other guest bedroom. We also have a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest. We have plenty of storage space so you won't feel cramped...we regularly visit our cottage, so we want it to be nice for ourselves too. :)
FREE Wi-Fi INTERNET for those of you who can't truly get away! We also have a 60" flat screen tv in the living room as well as 32" flat screens in each of the bedrooms.
The floor throughout the cottage has ceramic tile that looks like hard wood! It is amazing! New (Dec 2013) living room furnishings as well! The sofa sleeper features an 6" mattress for extra comfort!
FULL KITCHEN equipped with all you need for at home dining...including a blender for smoothies or other icy treats. So plan to cook up your daily catch or pick up some fresh seafood at the market. The grocery store is minutes away.
WASHER & DRYER in the unit, save your coins for the wishing well!
WALKING TRAIL from our community to the beach road. All Along the beach road you will find the Bike/Jogging trail. You can't help but to WANT to go for long walks on the lovely palm tree-lined path.
VALUE: While we're not beachfront, our cottage is the next best thing because we are less then a 5 minute walk to the beach, and we are in a superb beach community while saving you $1000 or more what the beachfronts would charge.
This is the ideal place to pile on great beach memories!
Besides the fantastic beach at Crystal Beach ...
Enjoy water sports such as taking surf lessons or paddle boarding at All Aboard Surf School, which is right at your beach access point. The guys there are super friendly!
Plan a day for deep sea fishing, golf or head to Bass Pro Shop - it's like Christmas for the outdoorsman.
Go shopping at the Shoppes at Paradise Key and Destin Commons, which are about 2 mile away from the community. Silver Sands Outlet shopping is a short drive away.
Go to popular eating spots such as The Crab Trap, Beach Walk Cafe, and Camille's Sidewalk Cafe. Stroll on the trail to get to these eateries.
Squeeze in some fun at the Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park riding water slides or head to The Track for go-carts or playing a round of miniature golf.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive or walk to the
Destin Commons, or a short drive to The Silver Sands mall to the West. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Destin, Florida is known as the ”World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” & boasts of being home to the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida. Fish from the beach or boat. If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
There are water parks and gocarts for the kids, and fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, dinning, and shopping till you drop. Destin has it all.
