Monkey Business is located on Santa Rosa Beach in the Gulf Place area. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower room. On the first floor you will find a comfortable living area with an exit to a front porch for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening. There is a dining area that seats 10 including the barstools. The laundry closet is located on the first floor with a full sized stackable washer/dryer. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen. The first bedroom with queen bed is located on this floor and a full bathroom. The second floor has the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, two additional bedrooms and another full bath. Continuing to the third floor to find the tower room with comfortable large chairs and a bistro bar height table and wet bar. A perfect place to watch a movie or play games. There is a short walk to the beach walkover which has bathroom facilities and picnic tables overlooking the beautiful white sand beaches of Santa Rosa Beach.
