Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit; smoking permitted outside only.
2. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4. Use appliances only for their intended uses.
5. Parking for one vehicle in front of the unit is permitted. Other vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6. Please keep all fishing bait outside in coolers so as not to leave odors in the unit.
7. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do NOT permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please bring your own beach towels or towels used for fishing.
8. Each of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest or their visitors. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests take responsibility of themselves and any visitors whom they invite to use the premises.

BEFORE CHECK-OUT (10:00 AM – CENTRAL TIME):

1. Remove all perishable food from unit.
2. Place dirty dishes into the dishwasher AND start wash cycle.
3. Take sheets off beds and put in laundry area, make beds (do not remove mattress pads).
4. Check all drawers, closets and underneath beds for items that may have been left behind.
5. Set thermostat to 80 degrees in summer/60 in winter.
6. Close and lock all windows and doors, turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
7. Dispose of all trash in outdoor trash cans located at the side of the house.
