  6. Security deposit/ Damage Deposit: Security /Damage deposit will not be applied toward any portion of the rent & will be returned only after final satisfactory inspection & inventory (no later than 14 days after departure) provided the following provisions are met:
    • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear & tear.
    • All charges accrued during the stay are “paid prior to departure”.
    • All debris & trash are removed from the property, & soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher & cleaned.
    • Garbage is picked up. Currently is on Mondays & Thursday Morning at 4:00 AM
    • Damage Insurance doesn’t cover extra cleaning. Cleaning fee covers 4 hours + laundry. If the Premises is left in an unreasonably dirty extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Sign: ______ Date: ___

  1. Trash-Pickup: Trash picks up is “by the road” on Mondays & Thursday by about 4:00 AM. Please leave them by the road the “night before”. A $300 fee if you miss garbage pickup day. No loose trash. ___ _____initial.
  2. Repair: The unit gets cleaned prior to your arrival. All electrical, mechanical, plumbing & appliances should be in working order. The operation failures of anything in the unit isn’t a basis for any refund. Owner will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during travelers’ occupancy.   3. The Traveler agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any liability for the condition of the unit. The beach, water, stairs & decks are impacted by the weather & wind all the time.   4. Illegal Activities. Eviction & immediate termination of this agreement with no refunds if Police/Sheriff is called due to actions resulting from your activity such as loud noise & disturbing the peace. Sig: _______________ Date:
  5. “Exterior surveillance cameras” on the road & beach side to determine the number of travelers & verify consistency with the registration form is the owners right. Tampering with cameras, camera controlling equipment, cable modem, router resulting in stopping the surveillance camera equipment from operating will result in losing your deposit & get evicted.
