This rental agreement is between you (the guest / tenant ) and DANCAR Vacations, LLC(owner),

Home resides in Destiny West, a gated community. This is not a gulf view home

and does require a short walk to the beach. This is a Non-smoking home.

  1. Outdoor grill is clean upon departure.
  2. All permits and parking passes returned to the home.
  3. Reservations are not cancelled (see Cancellation Policy below)
  4. NO PETS. NO SMOKING on premises. OCCUPANCY IS NOT TO BE EXCEEDED.
  5. Cable & WiFi are provided FREE of charge, but not guaranteed. Any tampering with the modem / router will result in a $100 charge.

Check-In Time

Check-In time is 4:00 pm CST. Occasionally the cleaning staff may need additional time in order to ready the home for your stay. We ask for your patience and suggest you have alternate plans available in the event additional time is needed. Please do not interrupt or delay the cleaning staff if they are at the home. Restrooms are accessible at the pool.

Let us know immediately if the unit has not been properly cleaned.

Check-Out Time

Check-out time is at 10:00 am CST. A $100 per hour fine will be assessed for guests remaining after 10:00 am CST on the day of Check-out.

Cleaning

No daily maid service is provided. A one-time set-up of linens, bath towels, garbage liners, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, bath soap and toilet paper is included. Vacuum cleaner, brooms, and dust pans are in the home should you need them during your stay. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home at any time during your stay. Missing towels and/or linens will be charged to your credit card. We suggest bringing your own beach towels.

Parking

All parking must be in the driveway only, no street parking is allowed. Parking rules strictly enforced by Destiny West. All vehicles must display parking pass provided. Commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, RV's, jet skis, wave runners, skateboards, motorcycles, go-carts, motorized scooters, or similar vehicles or equipment are not permitted in the development. Any fines for parking violations charged by the homeowners associated will be charged back to your account.

INCLUDED:

Cleaning on departure, one-time setup for garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap,laundry soap and hand soap.

NOT INLCUDED:

No daily maid service. No beach towels.

Washer & Dryer - Please note that in the washer you can only use liquid detergent, NO pods please.

*** No portable fire pits allowed - no open fires allowed.

DESTINY RULES AND REGULATIONS

* Please keep in mind this is a family neighborhood, and many of our neighbors work during the week. Please be respectful, do not park in their driveways, and help keep the nosie level down.

SPEED LIMIT

Destiny West speed limit is 21 mph.

PARKING

Vehicle parked is limited to the drive way, or at the Association common areas, including the clubhouse, pool, hot tub/spa and tennis courts. All vehicles must display a visitor pass or have affixed a Destiny Owner automobile decal. Any vehicle without such identification may be towed without notice at the owners expense. No jet skis, boats, trailers, motor homes or commercial vehicles are allowed. Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on landscaping, grassy areas or sidewalks at any time.

NOISE CONTROL AND QUIET HOURS

Loud noise or music that becomes a nuisance is not allowed at any time. Any outside speakers must be turned off by 10:00 pm. Florida Statutes prohibit the use of fireworks and/or igniting anything that flies, blows up or leaves the ground.

NEIGHBORHOOD

No towels, clothing or other items shall be hung from balconies, porches or outdoor furniture. Toys, bicycles, beach items, etc. cannot be left unattended or stored outside the house.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Please keep in mind this is a residential community. The community has had a few instances with large wedding parties and receptions taking place on the property, in which the amount of people on the property and noise level violates the associations rules and regulations. This has resulted in receptions getting shut down, cars being towed for being parked in the street and potential fines for the owners of the home. You are more than welcome to host small private parties in our home, all we ask is that you follow the parking rules, and keep the noise down. The last thing the security company or the Sheriff wants to do, is have to shut down a wedding or a reception due to noise, exceeding maximum occupancy, parking etc....

GARBAGE

Waste Management provides waste pickup twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. WM green trash containers should be put curbside after 4:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays only. Please remove your trash can and recycle containers from the curbside as soon as possible after pickup. Pickup of recycle containers is only once a week on Tuesday. Recycle containers should be put curbside after 4:00 pm Mondays. All trash must be placed inside WM container and the lid completely closed. Trash placed outside of the container will not be picked up. Trash containers should be stored on the side of the home.

CLUBHOUSE

The gate to pool deck and clubhouse facilities, hot tub/spa and fitness room and bathroom doors must be kept closed at all times.

POOL

Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. No one is allowed to use the pool or hot tub/spa after 10:00 pm. Guests must have a pool access key to enter and use the pool area. NO GLASS allowed within fenced pool area. No one under 14 years old allowed at pool unless accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone. No bicycles, scooters, wagons, skates, skateboards, etc. allowed in pool area. No food, drinks or tobacco products may be consumed or used in or within 4 feet of the pool.

HOT TUB/SPA

Rules for the use of the hot tub/spa are the same as the rules for pool except no one under the age of 16 years old is allowed in the hot tub.

FITNESS ROOM

No one under 12 years old is allowed in the fitness room even if accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone. Those who are age 12-14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult. Proper attire required. Shoes and shirts required. No swimsuits.

TENNIS COURTS

Hours of Operation: 7:00 am to dusk.The tennis court can ONLY be used for tennis or basketball. No bikes, scooters, roller blades, skates, skateboards, pets, etc. allowed on tennis court. proper foot attire required.

Check-Out Procedures

We know you are on Vacation and we do appreciate your business. We do have to ask that you abide by our Check-Out Procedures so we can prepare the unit for the next arriving guest as they arrive only hours after you leave. If you leave the unit in great shape, the next family can have access to the unit on time. We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures.

Most of our guests follow all of these rules, but for the few that do not comply, this is notice that a $100.00 fee per incident or per hour, which ever applies, will be charged to your credit card.

  1. A) Check-out time is by 10:00 am CST. Our cleaners arrive at 10:00 am to start cleaning the unit.
  2. B) Place all trash in plastic trash bags in outside receptacle by 9:00am on Saturday. All unopened food items will be donated to families in need.
  3. C) Place all dirty towels in front of washing machine.
  4. D) Gather all soiled linens and place in the laundry room (sheets and pillow cases only). Please start a load upon departure.
  5. E) Do NOT remove comforters, bedspreads, or blankets from the rooms, or remove pillow shams from the pillows.
  6. F) Load and start the dishwasher. Please hand wash any pot,s pans, or other items that can't be loded in the dishwasher.
  7. G) Wipe down kitchen counters and sweep floors.
  8. H) Outdoor furniture is in original position. Outdoor grill is cleaned if used ($35 cleaning fee).
  9. I) Remote controls for each room are placed by the tv/dvd ($50 fee for missing remote).
  10. J) Close all blinds, windows and doors. Set A/C to 76 Fo on departure. Please lock all windows and doors.
  11. K) Check the house thoroughly for any personal belongings.
  12. L) Return guest Parking Permits and pool keys to the kitched counter.
  13. M) Lock all doors behind you.

Please leave the home neat and orderly to avoid additional charges. If the cleaning crew finds that the home has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $100 per hour.

Pease leave the house in as good as shape as possible. The cleaner we find it, the faster we can turn it over to the next guest. We really appreciate your help!
