This remodeled home is ready to become your favorite vacation home. The main pool area is located right out the front door in the cul-de-sac and the beach is only a short stroll away! The home is located in the upscale Emerald Shores gated community and is one of the few neighborhoods in the Destin area with its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers, picnic tables, sun deck, shade, beach service, Cabana Cafe' & Bar, and private deeded beach exclusively for Emerald Shore owners & guests. A seasonal free shuttle service can take you to the beach, or you can walk the short distance through the tropical neighborhood pulling the beach wagons we provide for your convenience.

Located on the main floor:

King Master bedroom with a full bath with jetted tub/shower. Ceiling fan, sitting area, TV with Blu-Ray player, French door access to the covered patio.

Half bath. (Toilet, sink)

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Living room with a 3 comfortable couches for relaxing while watching the 60" flat screen Smart TV , enjoying the free Wi-Fi , watching one of the many complimentary movies with your family. There are also many books, located in the drawers under the TV, you can borrow to read during your vacation.

Completely remodeled kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and all the items you need to cook a gourmet meal. (Blender, Mr. Coffee, electric frypan, waffle maker, crockpot, rice cooker, panini press, toaster, etc. The dining table seats 8 and the bar area has seating for 5.

Outside on the porch is a gas BBQ along with a patio table and chairs for outside dining. Relax and read a good book in one of the many porch rocking chairs. Near the front door is a hose for rinsing off, a patio storage bench with beach toys & umbrellas, plus two beach wagons for hauling it all to the beach.

The second floor:

Queen bedroom, with sitting area, ceiling fan and TV with Blu-Ray player. French doors provide direct access to the outdoor, covered deck with rocking chairs for relaxing and enjoying the tropical breeze.

Full bath with tub/shower combo, sink, toilet, tile flooring, and hooks in tub/shower for wet swimsuits.

Bunk room decorated in a "Lilo & Stitch" Disney movie theme. The bunk bed is a double bed with a twin above and a twin pull out trundle bed below. (Sleeps 4) Ceiling fan, TV with Blu-Ray player, sitting area and French door access to the spacious deck with chairs for relaxing and visiting.

The third floor: (Same layout as 2nd floor)

Queen bedroom, with sitting area, ceiling fan and TV with Blu-Ray player. French doors provide access to the outdoor, covered deck with rocking chairs for relaxing, visiting, reading a good book or soaking up the tropical gulf breezes.

Full bath with tub/shower combo, sink, toilet, tile flooring, and hooks in the tub/shower for wet swimsuits.

Bunk room decorated in a "Surf's Up" movie theme. The bunk bed is a double bed with a twin above and a twin pull out trundle bed below. (Sleeps 4) Ceiling fan, TV with Blu-Ray player, sitting area and French door access to the large, covered deck.

All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds! No more backaches on vacation.

BABY ITEMS: Graco portable crib, highchair, umbrella stroller.

The home has a large capacity water heater, two A/C units to keep you cool, comfortable mattresses and we offer free Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players and cable TV.

The Ohana Beach House is the perfect place for your family to vacation safely, within a gated community, in a quiet cul-de-sac, with private driveway for parking (3-4 cars), two pools (one right out the front door), tennis court, and basketball court. Several Gulf-front restaurants, gift stores, and the spectacular white sand beach with the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Gulf are all within walking distance.
